Washington, DC—The leading Poker Advocacy group called The Poker Players Alliance (PPA) were rejoicing and approving the issue of the Citizen’s Briefing Book from the White House. These policy proposals include licensing and regulation of poker game online.
This was initiated when President Obama solicited the proposal of the American people. One of the top items that came out in the President’s website was the voice of the PPA community suggesting online poker games to be legalized. It has gained 46,890 points.
In fact after the released of the Citizen’s Briefing Book Chairman Barney Frank of House Financial Services, introduced last week the legislation. H.R 2267’s provision is to establish licensing and regulation of the favorite American pastime which is the Online Poker. In addition to the stipulation of H.R. 2267 is to provide greater protection to prevent children off the site including problem gamblers.
This was not only the cry of Aaron Huertas of Washington DC when he submitted this suggestion online. Together with him the PPA community carried this desire. And as acted by the White House, It is with the hope of this legislation not only to boost the economic condition of America but also to allow the American people who love the game play legally without fear being persecuted by law.
